Bobby Lee Brown, 81, of Malden, was born April 2, 1936 in Malden, to the late Luther and Hazel Waddle Brown, and departed this life August 7, 2017 at his residence.
On October 1, 1955 he married Melba Jeanette Johnson, in Hernando, Miss. She survives of the home.
Bobby was a member of the Kimball Baptist Church in Malden, and was a retired brick layer.
In addition to his wife, Bobby is survived by one son, Terry Brown and wife, Joy, of Lawrenceburg, Tenn.; one daughter, Debbie Green and husband, Randy, of Campbell; five granddaughters, Lindsey Rhody and Jonathan, Starla Case and Brian, Bobbi McCormick, Jennifer Stephenson and Jason and Amy McMahan; 11 great-grandchildren; one great-great grandchild; four brothers, Gerald Brown of Lawton, Okla., Mike Brown of exter, Ricky Brown of Malden, and Jimmy Brown of Omaha, Neb.; and six sisters, Levedia Burke of Arnold, Mo., Betty Cunningham of Wappapello, Charlotte Clifton of Bloomfield, Sandra Brown of Malden, Sharon Butler of Poplar Bluff, and Carolyn Bedwell of Malden.
He was preceded in death by one daughter, Sheri Brown; one son, Ralph Brown; three brothers, Jerry Brown, Melvin Brown and Richard Brown; and one sister, Opal Redus.
Visitation will be from 10 a.m. until service time at 11 a.m. Thursday, August 10, 2017 at Bradshaw Funeral Home in Malden. Funeral services immediately follow with Rev. Gene Lancaster and Rev. Cory Godsey officiating. Burial will be in Memorial Park Cemetery in Malden.
