Breakfast with Santa begins at 8 a.m. Saturday, Dec. 2

Wednesday, November 29, 2017

Its that time again. The Malden Chamber of Commerceís Chambermaids will host itís Annual Breakfast with Santa on Saturday, Dec. 2, from 8 a.m. until 10 a.m. at the Bootheel Youth Museum.

Christmas is a time to honor and celebrate the birth of Jesus. But everyone knows itís a bit different for children.

Many kids these days look for the Elf on the Shelf in the weeks leading up to the Christmas holiday but for most children, Christmas is all about one thing, Santa!

The Christmas holiday shopping season got under way last week, as the Thanksgiving holiday came to an end and shoppers kicked off the start of Christmas by getting great deals on their black Friday shopping deals.

Even though parents love shopping for their children, the kids also seem to get enjoyment out of being able to buy gifts for their loved ones as well. And that is why each year during Breakfast with Santa, the Chambermaids give children that opportunity.

Breakfast with Santa is an annual event presented by the Malden Chambermaids, a volunteer auxiliary to the Malden Chamber of Commerce. The ladies work countless hours getting everything in order for this day.

For just $1, children not only get to have breakfast with Santa and Mrs. Claus, but they get to meet a few of Santaís helpers.

Children will be able to give Santa their latest revised toy list and hope that they remain on his nice list until his arrival on December 24th.

As part of the Chambers Breakfast With Santa, children have a chance to do their own gift shopping at a discounted rate.

A small gift shop will be set up, where children can purchase gifts for their parents for just $1.50 and for an additional $3, parents are able to get a photo of their children with Santa and Mrs. Claus.
